Commission-based job and Spouse Open Work Permit

Hi everyone,

So, my common-law partner (in Canada) got a NOC B job, which is only paid by commission. I'm planning to apply to Spouse Open Work Permit, so I'm just wondering if a commission nature of his job will somehow affect my chances and lead to refusal.
