I leave in the Caribbean my son is a Canadian citizen as of 2019 he was taken from his dad by CSA. I was given an option to come get him to take him back with me to st lucia. I lived in Canada for a few year before filing do refugee my application was denied and was ask to leave hence the reason I'm back home and he is in Canada. What are my options in getting to him to bring him home. It's been 8yrs since i left canada my son will be 9yrs old on the 27th of this month a few days away. Help please

You need an ARC to be allowed to return to Canada since you have a failed refugee claim.

You would need to apply for a TRV (tourist visa) and then IRCC will automatically process an ARC along with the TRV. Expect long processing times with no guarantee of approval.

It's typically very difficult to get a TRV approved after a failed refugee claim. My recommendation would be to find another way to bring him back home (e.g. having a relative travel with him).

Got confused think you mean CAS. I would try to work with them. May an unaccompanied minor program with the airline may be possible.
