Hi
I am applying through EE- Canadian express class by 1-year work experience that I gained last year in Quebec. I have received my ITA already and I have a job in Toronto right now(work remotely), and I'll move to Toronto in early 2021.
I want to come back to Quebec after receiving my PR(maybe two months after I received it). Is there any risk facing my PR(like withdrawal) after coming back to Quebec? I know legally I can do that, but I afraid later on, they do a random check and think I had a misrepresentation of my intention regarding living outside Quebec, or when I apply for my citizenship in the future this causes a problem.
Any thought on that?
Thanks

Just go back to Quebec. I know at least a dozen of people who have done so and they're fine. Jut make sure not to declare your intention of residing in Quebec in case you were asked, which is highly unlikely in the first place.
