Coming back Canada on new passport

Hi,

I want to know that can i return or exit Canada with Renewed passport?
I have to send my passport to VO for visa stamping but my passport will expire on Aug 2015, I will be landing in Canada in June.

Before Landing to Canada I am planing to renew my passport, this is because may be I have to return back to my home country for short trip and again enter Canada.

Will there be any problem if I travel with my renewed passport and my visa is on my old passport?

If you renew the passport after visa stamping, the visa would become void and would not valid for travel/landing. You would have to get a new visa in the new passport in order to land in June.

Alternatively, can you renew it after you landed in Canada?

I will prefer to renew after landing in Canada. Earlier i read somewhere that its possible to travel with new passport with old one with visa stamped. But now you cleared my doubts.
