Well, I am OINP and I know atleast 3 folks still waiting. State is shutdown still and Ottawa CPC is slow even on a Green Day, let alone a COVID day. I am the evidence you are looking for

All the CoPRs I see are SINP. Even my WP was approved by Edmonton although Ottawa was processing it.

What to do if almost everything is passed but it says Security has not started. Eligibility passes July 2020 along with criminality. But still security not started. Seems like IRCC does not work as proposed in the links above. Due to COVID?
