I have a question.
I was in Canada as a live in caregiver from June 2011 to May 2013, when I moved to hospitality sector from December 2013, and worked until October 2015, but in December 2015 I went back to my own country for health reasons.
I broke the arm and will be longer rehabilitation.
Now I want to know whether it could in the near future probably next year or so again to apply for livein caregiver program, and to come back again in Canada?

Thank you so much

1. By my calculation you have worked in Canada on a work permit about 47 months. Under the 4 year rule, you can't apply for another work permit for Canada until about October 2019.

Well I came from Serbia 25 June 2011 in Vancouver in the family to do live in caregiver job childcare. I started working July 4 and on July 16 stopped working the former employer told me I have me in advance to ensure interviews next day and go on job interviews. I also they told me can not have me because of financial problems.
In another family-employer I went to 21 July 2011 and the beginning of August we started the procedure for for new work permit. The procedure lasted from August 2011 until February the 13th 2012th. I work for they until May 12th 2013, when i moved from BC in SK for other employer and switched from LIC to hospitality sector and new work visa came in December 19,2013 and i worked until November 22,2015 when i back in Serbia because i broke my arm on work place and i cant work anymore and my visa is expired.

So how i calculate i legally for all together 1171 days or 3 years,2 months. So i can back to look for employer or to wait for October 2019?

Thank you so much.

1. If your calculations are correct, then you could work for an additional 10 months before you would have to leave for 4 years.

Thank you,so even if i find job live in caregiver i will get only 10 month work permit, right?
And after that i need to go out of Canada?
I was thinking to start to look for job after December 2016.
