Hi everyone,
I am a little bit panicking so I would highly appreciate any help. I just came across a post from IRCC on twitter (dated 2019 so not sure if the rule is still the same) stating that combining results of two tests is not allowed. I have two questions in this regard:
1- I know that combining results from two language tests isn't generally allowed when applying for PR. However, I was wondering if this rule has changed or whether combining test results is allowed in the context of TR to PR pathway. Like an exception for TR to PR pathway.
I have good score on reading, listening and writing in the first attempt and good score on speaking in the second attempt. I only meet the requirements if I combine both.
__________
2- If combining tests isn't allowed I might not have time to retake the test one more time and have the results submitted to cic before the first of november deadline. Is it possible to submit the application with the current results, and then submit the new results after two weeks of submitting the application. My logic is that processing the application won't start right after I submit it, so by the the time they start processing it, I would have submitted the new results. Sorry not sure if my english is clear enough to convey what I am trying to say so I will rephrase it here:
- I am suggesting to send the application with language results that don't meet the requirement.
- I take a new test as soon as possible and send it after submitting the application asking cic to attach to my application. (or the testing center send it using my application number).
- This way when the office starts processing my application they will ignore the first two tests and use the latest one (which I hope I will get the required scores on it).
Does this work

Thank you so much !!!!!!!
