Combining different NOCs to gain maximum points for 3 years of experience

Hello everyone,
Can I claim the maximum points for 3 years of foreign work experience from 2 jobs, with 2 different Noc and the same TEER A?
I worked for my primary NOC for 2 years and 1 month
and I worked for the secondary NOC for 2 years and 9 months.
