Colour or b/w photocopies of docs/photos

Any advice as to whether the document copies (wherever possible in the application) and printed photos should be in colour or b/w? Thanks

We submitted black and white photo-copies, and colour prints.

I'll go with all color if possible. But definitely color photos.
