Colombian Police Clearance Certificate

I received ADR today for Colombian police certificates. I have the email from G4S saying that they had already sent them to the embassy in Bogotá. I wanted to upload the email as proof but the form in GCKey is asking for document number, issue date, and expiry date. It won't let me move forward and submit the file (email).

What should I do in this case? Should I submit it through webform instead?

I submitted a webform with the email in both Spanish and English, they accepted it as a proof of ADR. Just make sure to call them in a couple of weeks time to ask if the document was uploaded by the embassy in Bogota. Good luck!
