Colombian Certificate Help - G4S Colombia & Embassy

Hi Everyone,

Your help on this will be greatly appreciated. My wife and I are in the process of her in-land application. At the moment, we are at the last stage of application, but we were recently told that the CIC does not have her Colombian Police certificate on file which we have distinctly followed the instructions listed on the CIC website to request via G4S Colombia.

We have received both the Confirmation from G4S Colombia and Canadian Embassy in Colombia that the certificate was uploaded to her account, but it appeared that the CIC never have it.

Can anyone who with the similar experience obtaining their Colombian Certificate with G4S help and advise what I should do to deal with this situation?

I have uploaded the receipt, the e-mail correspondence and confirmation e-mail with the IRCC Web form as advised by CIC agent, and Embassy, but other than keep e-mailing the Embassy to ask them to re-submit the application, is there anything else I can do?

Quick question here, did you already got an answer about this? I had a similar situation here, I had to add a LOE because I didn´t get any receipt or confirmatory letter for upload on my EE profile, I´m still hoping it works but I´ve been sleepless almost 3 weeks because of this hahaha

So we have contacted the G4S and the embassy in Colombia, we got written confirmation that the police check was indeed processed and sent out. It appeared that the call center didn't have access to that piece of information so they thought we didn't provide it.

anyways, we did use the webform to update the IRCC and we have received the PR since! Good luck to you
