can anyone tell me a college(in toronto area) which gives admission without ielts in a PGD program??

Without IELTS admission in Collage maybe possible but Without IELTS & for collage applicants visa chances are very slim. (for Pakistani applicants only)

Ohhhh that's why the CHC-I don't give time to college applicants , its clear if someone cant get 5.5 in ielts this means he is not genuine student .

It is not like this..if i do ielts i can take 6.5 bnds..ielts is nt a tough nut to crack..its just bcoz i dnt want to waste my tym in doing ielts..if i apply today i will get a mnth later the date fr exam..i did bba-h(cgpa 3.53) nd have worked in dubai as an asst marketing manager.
And most importantly ielts is NOT REQUIRED by chc.
Thts y im looking fr a college which do nt require ielts and gives admission if the medium of instruction of the previous degree is english.

bro u r absolutely right... ielts is not required by chc... but problem is that only few colleges r giving admission without ielts and those colleges fall into very low category...like stouffville and key 2 career.....i think humber college is not giving admission without ielts..but humber college is a good college but if u really want visa in 1st attempt then try to get admission in university...but u need ielts to get admission in university...

Not doing IELTS dosen't mean you are not a genuine student and its not the requirement of CHC-ISL.
I haven't done IELTS not because I can't clear it or its tough but because doing IELTS would have waste my 2 months time.
On top of all I got VISA easily without IELTS CHC-ISL never asked me about IELTS.
If College/Uni. is ok with it then who is CHC to ask.

Without IELTS you can apply to visa...but before that you need to enroll in ESL program. first check with your college/University for ESL program if they are providing such course then visa is a not problem for you..But keep in mind duration of ESL program is around 2-4 months, course fee for ESL is around 1.5 laks INR and at the end of the course they will conduct an examination based on that(if you pass the exam then only you get enrolled in your next study plan) so better apply for IELTS bcoz its coast only around 8000 INR ...

i got BBA from UK , but they not considering that, even they not forwarding my application to admission officer without Ilets,

i sent my application package and now i am stuck, to do ilets or waste my 75$

Securing visa will not be easy based on such colleges.
No IELTS+Low grade college=weak profile=very much expected refusal.
