hello friends, i have visa of canada and i have admission in college, i want transfer my college to university....
is it possible ????

You can. You need to pay $500 as cancellation fee to your clg. This must be done with in first 10days after ur 1st sem begins. This is what i have heard ask seniors for conformation.
