college good or bad?

It should be clear by now that nobody here has an opinion on the college.

You must search for the embassy on the Internet or locate it from that gov't website, and that should give you contact information.

ya i think its right Mr.Rock how can the embasy consulates...give their list out ..that these col only get visa and some other col dont get visa....i think its not possible

Uhm, the visa offices are the ones that decide who gets a visa or not, so yes they can definitely tell you if a school is approved or not.

I think visa offices will not say whether you will be approved or not, but if there is a school for which they will not give a visa, they'd most likely tell you. Getting hold of them might be the tough part.

Exactly! They will not tell you about your individual case, because they won't know that in advance, but they can say for sure whether the school itself is one they will issue study permits for or not.

because....some of my friends got rejected to this college.....that's why i am thinking...college is bad and not reputed...they mention th reason for rejection is that u have not satisfied visa officer that u will come back after completion of the course............i am really very tensed ragrding my visa...

Do you know people approved for other colleges? It could be one of two things,
1) the college is bad and CIC thinks anyone going to spend money at such a college is only doing it for immigration sake,
2) Are the applicants showing enough reasons for their link to their home country?

I am no expert, so I am guessing.

It appears that you don't want to do the work required to find out what you need and expect us to do it for you. Help always being with self-help...

I am not aware to contact embassy people...but reason is.... my file is under process if i wanted to know such kind of clarity regarding my college...then embasy people might think like that...if applicant is not having clarity about the college... why to give visa to this applicant....? ...................if there is any chances of issuing visa .......with this email they might think to refuse it....

that's the problem....

The refusal letters the other people gave indicate that the college is accepted, as otherwise their refusal letter would have told them the reason is because of the school.

They will not go to the trouble of evaluating the merits of the application, or if the applicant is going to return home after his studies, if they can see right away that the school is unacceptable and that the application cannot be approved regardless.
