college fees paid receipt..HELP!!

hello ,
i have paid my fees on 12-9-14 in northern college of applied arts and technology through e bank wire transfer.i have got the receipt of bank wire transfer but still i have nt got the receipt from college as i have to keep it for visa file,,it has been 1 month as i have transferred my fees!!!what to do? does it take 1 month to get the receipt from college??
