College fee refund

Hello everyone,
I applied for college fee refund on 30 dec and after more then 2 month, Igot a mail that "the refund this being processed from today" ..so can you please provide information about how log it will take.
And when I will get my refund ????
I had applied for may intake every thing is ready but I haven't paid my fee ..
Please help

Yes, better to ask college. I have received it just after 2 months. I tried to contact them once in week for update via email .
