College Diploma - still need to scan?

Hi, we got our educational background assessed by WES. Do we still need to scan our college diplomas or do we just need them when we land? Thanks so much!

you need to upload degree/diploma certificates when you file your PR application.

As a matter of fact and as per CIC requirements you will actually need college diplomas. The ECA uploading is not even required.
