Ya we did ordered same and reason is course.. She has already done her BDS and after BDS going for dental hygiene or dental assisting was not logical.. So now have to look for some PG course.. Any suggestions which course can help?

Sorry, I am not aware of this field. But keep in mind that the course should be post graduate. As your sister has already done bachelors. If the course will be of lower or same level of the recent studies, then there is most probably a chance of visa rejection.
