Nope. It's not a strong application.
Here are other documents/explanations which you may want to include:
For employment:
A leave approval letter from your employer stating you'll have your job when you return + 3-4 salary slips/salary statement + bank statement which proves the salary deposits + income tax returns for the last 1-2 years + a work-related commitment which you must return to by a specific date (with evidence)
For your land asset:
Current valuation of the land + any proofs of building/construction approval plans (or similar evidence if the land is used for some other purpose)
For Travel History:
Do prepare an explanation: Visa details + entry/exit dates + purpose of each visit + colour scan the US visa and include it in this explanation
For Purpose of Visit:
1. A detailed day-by-day itinerary with expense estimates for hotel, local travel, sightseeing/entry fees, meals, etc. You must prove you can pay for this itinerary + airfare without depending on anyone
2. Provisional hotel bookings (do not confirm/pay for any bookings)
3. Are you planning to visit the US too? If yes then before or after your Canada visit? Do you have any travel plans/hotel bookings?
Other suggestions:
1. An explanation why you want to visit Canada (and not some other country)? Would you be meeting any friends/relatives?
2. Do you live with family members who are dependent on you financially or for their well-being? Can you prove it?
3. Do include an overseas travel medical insurance policy (refundable/date change) for the intended dates of your visit
4. Do you have any personal/family event which is scheduled after your visit? If yes, you must provide evidence of it
5. Do you have any credit cards? Low dues?
