I am applying for quebec immigration (skilled worker) and my wife has completed diploma in Nursing (3 years) what should i select in list of area of training

Thanks for reply Why not "C029 Nursing (DCS) ". I there any documentation which describe what to select

C029 is for candidates who have a collegiate level technical training diploma and
U118 is for candidates who have 3 year bachelors degree from a university.
