COA email from cic manila

Hi guys i just have a question in regards to the coa email ive recieved last August 11 coming from the immigration.im already in process last june 23 and requested for a remedical last july 2. i know that COA is not compulsary to attend but does this means if we recieve this pre departure coa email it means that visa package will be released soon? if thats the case how long should i have to wait for the visa to be delivered? please share your experiences and your thoughts about this thank you.

hi. I have a workmate who applied for FSW lst 2014. She received a similar email last july for COA and CIIP that was after she sent her passport. About 2 weeks she got DM and another 2 weeks she got her visa. I dont know if wil be the same case as you. But we hope that it is!
