Yes you should be able to sponsor, as long you have required minimum Income set by Immigration Canada. and it has to be proved for last three years.DANIEL JOAQUIN said:

I read through your previous posts, and that leads itself to a couple questions:
Did you sponsor your wife in 2015? Do you have any sponsorship undertakings currently active? If you do, you cannot sponsor anyone else until that undertaking has completed. If you don't have any undertakings active, then you can sponsor your mom if your income is above the LICO.

Even if his wife was very recently sponsored and the undertaking is still in effect, he can still sponsor his mother provided he meets LICO.profiler said:
