Hi all,
We family of 3(myself + spouse + kid) got CO-PR with an expiry Aug-2019.I have landed in the month of Feb-2019 and staying in canada. My spouse and kid(in back home) they can not make their landing by Aug-2019(because of the personal problems). So here i need experts advise.
-Is it possible to get the CO-PR extended beyond the expiry date for both of them as i already landed here in canada?
-The best mode to update about the situation to CIC and request them on the next steps?
-Do I need to reapply (my spouse and kid) PR)?again?

Let me know for any details required.

No, it's not possible to get a COPR extension if IRCC’s not at fault.

It's "use it or lose it!". You would have to live in Canada on your own and sponsor them from the very beginning.

You should review just how serious the "personal problems" really are... They could fly out, do a "soft landing" and then return home.

What is the way that I can inform this to CIC?

You don't actually need to. If they don't "land" by the expiry date, the application will be considered abandoned and the remaining RPRF will be refunded.
By all means use the IRCC’s Web Form to inform them however.

You'll need to wait until you are living in Canada. You will then be able to submit the application to sponsor them. The application processing will take around a year.
