I recently graduated from 2 years Diploma program and also i got my post graduate work permit. after that i got a job but my job is under Co OP category. can i use this experience for Canadian Experience Class?

I am having a post graduate work permit and i got this job after i got my post graduate work permit.

I hope some one can give me an answer.

yes, it is under NOC B skill level. I am an Animator ( Artist and designer)

Do you mean they were hiring you thinking you are a co-op student? As long as it's in NOC you're fine but you should probably let your employers know you're not a student anymore so that they might hire you permanently after your "term" is over.
I was hired as an Intern student for a year but then i asked them to change my title to a Designer so that I could use that experience in CEC.

Well according to CIC CEC Brochure, it says
"It is also important to note that work experience you may have acquired as part of your academic program, such as an internship or a co-op placement, does not qualify under the CEC. Part-time work you may have performed during your studies does not qualify either"

Since you have already graduated school you should ask your employer if they can make arrangements to have you as a full time or even on a contract if they just want you there for a limited time. Since you have graduated already this co-op isnt exactly a part of your academics anymore so I don't see why it should matter. Does your official job title include co-op in there?

Yes, you can use this experience. Go to page 20 of this document, and read 2nd scenario of item 2.
