hi I am international student. I have valid student permit till may 2018.
my co op started in nov, 2017. and will finish in feb 2018.
I got my all documents now. should I have to apply for co op work permit? can I apply now?

Are you saying you started your co-op in November but never applied for a co-op work permit? If so, you have been working illegally.

I apply for extension of my study permit in October, and I got it in November but I did not received co op work permit with study permit now. my co op is unpaid as well.
what should I have to do now?

Whenever you're applying for study permit extension, you have an option to select co-op work permit extension as well. Even though its 1 month left, you must have to have coop work permit to work as coop student....
