Co-op work permit with COVID - 19 updates?

Hey all.

I am very concerned about my co-op work permit. I sent in my co op work permit application in January and it's in review for now. I'm concerned with ongoing COVID stuff that it might not be done well in time for my co op job (in may) How shall I confirm this? Are they giving any concessions for those who don't have permits? What do I do???

I am in the same situation. Did you already get your co-op work permit? If not, did you learn anything that could help us? I have submitted my application on Feb 20.

Nope, just received a correspondence letter confirming that my biometrics is valid for 10 years. But no final decision yet.
