I called the client support centre twice and they mentioned that my co-op work permit was approved last Thursday. But , I don’t see any update on my online account . Is it normal or should I contact them again ?

I called them on 31st July 2020. But you have to keep trying for at least 3-4 times. There is only one number for Clients support centre(1-888-242-2100)
