I'm currently doing my UG+PG program at Carleton University in Ottawa. Carleton is one of the best for Engineering but wouldn't recommend it for computer science. On the other hand, Carleton had an excellent undergraduate Game development course where You're thought everything from making Games to final production. If you're specifically looking for computer science, Waterloo is the one that you should go to. Remember that undergraduate programs cost about 30,000 to 45,000 in the best universities only for tuition. The important fact is that, Undergraduate students have a much higher chance of getting jobs over here which can eventually become an opportunity for you to get PR. Don't end up going to colleges for diploma or anything. They aren't the best to get jobs here.

Tuition varies from 29,000 to 50,000 pretty year if you want to get a degree that's worth it. Universities like UofT , Waterloo and Carleton offer profession degree which will cost a bit but is worth it.

For computer science, it's completely different with all respect to the guys who commented above.

I have double bachelor in Computer Science, one from Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University in France and the second one is from Montréal University.

Each university has a different system. But in the end, you are judged according to your personal contribution and personal projects. A good github with a various knowledge in coding is better than good grades in a certificate. So to sum up, I don't want you to think that since you are going to UofT or UoBC you will have a higher chance to get a job than others. I know guys from Carleton University who are studying Software Engineering and I didn't like their course hierarchy..

In Montréal for example, you have Polytechnique Engineering School and trust me it gives you one of the best formation in the world !

Also there is a difference between each Province. Here in Quebec, universities tend to work with Java and they have a similar approach to the French System ( I say that because I know what it is a French system ). While in Waterloo, they tend to work with Python and Ruby on Rails ( which is high in demand now ).
