Hey there , with lot of efforts and after multiple refusal i got ppr for closed work permit in Alberta. Now can i land in Ontario and then go to Alberta, have a ticket with me to show officer at airport.

I applied for Closed work permit in August 2023 from Alberta but still did not get any Approval.
