Closed Work Permit & Visitor Visa

Hi All,

I came to Canada on a multiple entry visitor visa and changed my status by converting it into a Work Permit which clearly states "DOES NOT AUTHORIZE TO RE-ENTRY". I still have a multiple entry visitor visa which is valid till next year 2020. Please guide whether my multiple entry visitor visa still valid for re-entry or it got invalid the moment I was issued a Work Permit?
How can I travel outside Canada?

As long as the counterfoil sticker is valid, you can leave and come back as you please

By sticker, you mean the visitor visa?

Thats what the question is. Whether that sticker is valid or not? Coz I was issued a separate letter for the Work Permit and passport was also stamped with a validity date.

In order to leave Canada and come back, your TRV sticker needs to be valid
