You still have to qualify the same way as others.

if your wife is the secondary applicant, she won’t get any points for her work experience. Only her education and IELTS would be counted.

Best case, try to go through PNP specially Ontario (they don’t have nominations open for this year), Saskatchewan - they are giving preferences to many NOC’s specially 2171.

Most likely you won’t be eligible for LMIA exempt WP, you need to go through LMIA.
