Closed work permit extension refused

Hi there.
My work permit was refused three weeks ago.
The reason of refusal was that I didn't provide a
valid pnp certificate.
My consultant was the one whose been made an application on my behalf.
As soon as I get my refusal letter I called him and
explain what happened. He told me that he's been provide
my pnp certificate for sure.
So then he call the cic and explain them that my certificate is there in my application.
After that the lady go into my application and check everything was good .
She made the letter of reconsideration for my application.
I still working for my current employer who support my
nomination as well and I also apply for my
PR as well. My question is what can I expect from that letter of reconsideration if everything is good with my documents? And how long time gonna take approximately the respond from cic?I already wait three weeks. Does anyone been in the situation like me?I would very appreciated any help!Thanks

I HAVE QUESTION, I AM IN RESTORATION STATUS. CAN I APPLY AS A WORK PERMIT IF MY EXPIRED DAY WAS MARCH 12 2015

You can apply for a restoration three months after your work permit expired . Which is 90 days maximum but you need to have a positive LMIA or PNP certificate to obtain your work permit. So you have about 2 weeks left.

I CALLED TODAY TO CIC TWICE


FIRST CALL , TALKED ME THAT I CAN APPL WITH MY AOR AND DONT NEED PNP CERTIFICATE

SECOND CALL , TALKED ME THAT I CAN NOT APPLY AND I JUST CAN APPLY AS A VISITOR VISA.

PNP OFFICE TAKES 30 DAYS TO GIVE ME A NEW CERTIFICATE. I DO NOT WHAT TO DO?

Hi there, I got the same situation however the agent insist that I did not submit the valid AINP certificate.
Who did you call? But I did submit a valid one from Alberta. Is there any special case processing that I should call?
