There is no TRANSFER so as to speak. You just are living and working on a closed work permit and while being on wp, you APPLY for PR (using some program like CEC, FSW, PNP etc.) from being "inside Canada" and your application is processed at a faster pace being inside Canada. I have also heard that if your PR application is through with first stage you can apply for an open work permit then using which you could work for any employer.

If you are on a skilled job (NOC 0, A or B), you are eligible to bring your family to Canada and you don't have to pay any fee for your kids schooling.

No problem.

I really don't see how you drew that conclusion from above.

You definitely need to apply from Egypt. I was barely talking about how to get permanent residence while being on twp. Who said you could get twp out right. Here is the process.

After you have a job offer, your employer applies for an LMO for you which is like a permission from govt of canada to hire a foreign worker for a specific role. Once they receive LMO, you would be provided with a copy and you would apply for work permit at your local Embassy. If you are in NOC 0, A or B, you can apply for open spousal work permit and open study permit / temp resident visas for your dependents along with your application at the embassy Or you might apply for them latter.

Since most likely residents of Egypt require a temp resident visa to enter Canada and are not visa exempt country, you would be issued two things if successful. A temp resident visa stamped on your passport along with an approval for work permit called "Letter of introduction". The actual work permit is issued at the port of entry when you land in Canada.

While applying for work permit, you have to submit proof of your profile i..e education, experience etc. justifying you possess the skills necessary for the job you seem to possess as per LMO and also demonstrate that being on a temp work permit, you would likely be return to your home country upon termination of your temp work permit.
