Hi everyone, I'm new here. I submitted our skilled worker immigration application the beginning of last year by Montreal International. I called Immigration Quebec to check my file's status this Monday since we have already waited for over 12 months(even Montreal International told me that is normal to wait this long).
I was surprised be told our file was closed. The reason is they didn't get any feedback from us for supplement files over 3 months. The problem is I didn't receive anything from them during this 12 months. After check with them, I found they sent to me with a wrong address which is not my mail address in the file. I checked my copy of files, my all of information is correct including email, mail address and apartment address. They sent letter to my apartment address with wrong room number which was not exist. And there is no any email from them, also Montreal International didn't get any notice. If I didn't call them I will never know it.
Since the immigration policy was changed from last August in Quebec, it will very hard for us to re-apply it and re-prepare all of docs. I don't know if it will be re-open and continue to previous policy after I complain them. Is there any other things I can do except complaint?
