hi everyone,
I'm going to submit my spousal sponsorship application, but I have no idea how to submit the photos they've requested! they said you don't have to use any binders or clips! we've a tons of photos since we've been in a 10 year old relationship. is it a good idea to put them in envelops to separate the photos related to different stages of our relationship?

and do you have any idea how many photos people approximately submit to their applications in this case?
tnx and good luck to everyone

I submitted approximately 100 pictures, and I printed a power point presentation, in some pages I Printed 4 pictures, in some just two pictures,
but all those pictures to prove our relation has nothing to do with the pictures of the applicant that need to follow the necessary specifications,
you can use clips, you can use staples or glue if you want,
But I would advise you to get color photocopies and put 2 per page,
they may or may not return your pictures, so better to keep the originals with you.

If you photocopy them will be easier for you to include them in the package, and just use text in every page to explain the content of each picture,
stage of your relations etc. etc. etc.

Now, the applicant pictures should be in an envelope.

god luck, and congratulations that you got that far now, you are almost there

Hey Mina!

It's easier to put the photos on MS word and just print out a sheet containing 4 pics per sheet, but if you just have the physical photos on hand, try this way.

What you can do is separate the group of photos by year. Take your stack of photos from Year 1, close them together with one large black binder clip, put a sticky note on top of that stack indicating the Year and range of dates, as well as a general description of the stack of photos. Then put one rubber band around that stack from top to bottom, then from left to right. There you go. Now repeat.
