Close Relative Supporting Points

Hi All,

I had received ITA from SNIP under Express Entry scheme & Here I had considered Close Relative Points for my spouse's first cousin. He is settled in Saskatchewan Since 3~4 years & have all legal rights & documents with him.

Now his concerns is that he had already applied for Family PR for his Parents & sister. So as per him he cannot support any other application. also their may be concern for rejection of his current application in case he supported my application.

My concern here is
1. Close relative points only for consideration of points or they have to support us?
2. Will it be really affect the current files placed by him for his parents & sister?
3. if i had not submitted his documents will my application still considered?

For point 1 he need to support u
For point 2 yes it will effect as one pr holder can support only one time in a fraction of two years period
For point 3 it all depends on cic
