Clinic has Problem with uploading e-medical result

I did medical exam for immigration few weeks ago at this walk-in clinic.
when I called the clinic to check whether they uploaded or not, I found out that they are having problem with uploading results to CIC. Seems like it has been like this for weeks.

called them last week. nothing's changed. is there anyone in the same situation with me? do you think we should contact CIC and ask what we can do other than just wait and wait.
All I heard from clinic is, CIC can not open up their account... doctor already informed CIC of this problem...they don't know when it is going to be fixed.

As they're already working on fixing the issue, maybe ask for different method of submitting the medicals?
Check with CIC or the clinic... Haven't heard of a case like this before.

Well, clinic said "NO" when I asked if they can mail my medical result to CIC.

If you're in Canada, call the call center and check with them. Tell them the clinic
has technical issues and ask if there's a way to handle this asap.

The name is Dr. Francis Li in Toronto.
People who had a medical exam there say different things about the clinic, but I didn't have any problems.
The doctor was very nice and quick. So it was good!!!

As I said in my previous post, I may take a medical check at a different clinic soon.

Updates! I left a few voice messages to the clinic and got a voicemail from the clinic last week and a lady said they will send a copy of the result this week. However I didn't talk to her, so still not sure what is going on. No mail/letter/result from the clinic yet.

Also I went to a different clinic if I could take a medical exam last weekend, but I couldn't. The reason was my e-medical information was already in CIC's system that it showed I took an exam at Dr. Francis last month, so they couldn't change anything with my information. Also they told me that Dr. Francis hadn't submitted my result yet at that time.

I will either email or call CIC to explain my situation if they already receive the result from the clinic. Also I will follow up with the clinic if I don't hear anything from them this week.

Do you know how long CIC waits after they send us a medical request email? The email that I received from CIC about a medical exam and RPRF said "The information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this e-mail". I got this email from CIC in the middle of Sep. Thank you! I will keep informed you if I have any updates.

Updates!!!

My Ecas has been updated today - it says CIC received the medical result.
It took me almost month after I took the medical exam at the clinic.
Not sure it usually takes almost a month (since the clinic had a system problem) or other clinics send medical results faster or not.

No problem at all, georgianc! I think the doctor will send your results to CIC very soon as it's been a while since you took the medical exam there.

I am still waiting for a copy of the results from the clinic, but I am happy as long as CIC received my results.
