I made online payment for citizenship and ofcourse made 2 copy of receipt,On the right side of receipt there is space for client ID !!
which ID should I write??

It's the same as your PR card number.

The number on the front of your PR card, in the format XXXX-XXXX. It's not the same as PR card number on the back. Good luck!
