Client ID or Application number

I do not have a Client ID Number only an Application Number. Does this matter or should I have a Client ID number? This is for spousal sponsorship.

If this is your first experience with cic you will recieve it at a later date.

Many thanks. Do you know if they will send the Client ID when they finally get around to processing your file for final DM, or not or is it just random?

I learned my UCI number when I received notification that I passed phase 1 and they requested me to be examined by a CIC panel physician. Every communication you receive from CIC will provide your UCI number and application number from now on.
