Client ID on the receipt of citizenship online fees

I am a PR and applying for citizenship. I've got the official receipt after paying the fees for me and my son ,the receipt shows Client ID to be filled out, is this PR number on PR card ? (like as xxxx - xxxx)

Hi there, I am about to pay the fees for citizenship for my family - total is 1360, but system did not ask me for whom I am paying the fee? will it ask after I pay?
