I am a pastor who lives and work in Ontario with out a work permit, I don`t need one. I have a job offer. Will I get the 50 points?

I don't believe so. To qualify without an LMIA, you need to be holding a work permit with your employer named and you need to have worked for that employer for at least one year. If you're working without a work permit, I don't think you meet the requirements.
