CLB score based on IELTS band

any 1 can tell me if my brother ielts score be possible to apply express entry

listen, reading, write - score 6
speak -6.5
over all = 6

Kindly request your bro to reappear for IELTS and improve the scores and obtain the scores of L-8,R-7,S-7,W-7
which will be equivalent to CLB 9 scores and fetch him more than 400 CRS points.

Your scores are really good. However, the 6.5 in Writing is dragging your overall score to CLB 8.
Hence, now you are not in a position to obtain max points for language proficiency.
Try to get minimum L-8,R-7,W-7,S-7 in IELTS which will take you to CLB 9 and ultimately take your CRS points above 400.

The 0.5 increase in your writing score from 6.5 to 7 will give you atleast 58 more CRS points.

Good scores. You have CLB 9 equivalent scores which will fetch you CRS score above 400.
