Hi! My Ielts scores are Reading -9, Listening - 8, Speaking - 8, Writing 6.5. How should I calculate CLB for applying to Saskatchewan EOI?

What is your SINP score because you really need family living in the province to have a high enough score.

They accepted my profile for expression of interest. The minimum score is 60 and the maximum is 100. With CLB 8 and Bachelor degree, I got 65 that made me eligible. I don't have any relatives in Canada.

It's true that in 2020 lowest score is 68. However, in 2019 the scores have gone down to even 60. Can situation change in 2021? Alternatively, what do you suggest?

For employer reference letter, SINP program values recent experience and total ideally should be 10 years. I have 14 years of experience. However, I am not sure why my current employer will give me a reference letter with job responsibilities details while I am still employed with them. Any suggestions?
