I would not even if you are 100% sure of the dates of your calculation. When we received my husband's CBSA report - several (around 6?) of his trips were off by a day (i.e. the CBSA report showed him returning a day later than he actually did). CIC used the CBSA dates (not our dates). So if you give yourself no buffer - this could put you under by CIC's calculation. Anyway - just my two cent based on my experience.

I would give 1 week (or 2 maximum) buffer , with mt fingers crossed for the stupid c-24 not activated until June/July/AUg/Sep.../2016/2099....

Or you guys would do it with some extra days as buffer? say, one week or two? Any on eget RQ due to this kind of ridiculous reason?
It would be good if you guys can talk with your own experience.
Thanks a lot!

PS: The precondition is , we are all very certain about our calculation.
order CBSA report, check your passport, collect your tickets and calculate accurately. This is what I did and I was 100 percent sure about my travel dates then I gave one week buffer. That would be my suggestion to you :)

Guys

I think it depend on how many trips you did..

For example if someone did not leave canada since he landed it will not make sense to wait

My suggestion is to give extra 2-3 days for each trip you did .

Always remember who brought C24 in. Vote keeping that in mind, once you all get through the citizenship process.

Yay for Liberals/NDP, Nay for Tories!!!

This is so crazy. I applied with 1108 days, and although I have 17 trips to the US, I am pretty confident in my dates, as I have all my boarding passes and used the US exit/entry tracker (which had one date wrong). I just got back my CBSA report and there are 5 instances where it said I arrived 1 day later, so I guess in their eyes I only have 1103 days.

I guess it's ok anyway since I had almost 2 weeks of buffer days, but I could see how this could royally screw someone up.
