I asked this question a few weeks ago and was told the school suppose to inform ircc

Actually a youtube video by some consultant from punjab confused me about this. He said that applicant should inform embassy about enrollment. While in AIP, embassy advised that you may start the classes and also mentioned that they will ask for a document if needed.
