Hello everyone,

I was driving with L licence with 2 supervisors (My friends) along with my sister so we are all 4 passengers my L licence shows only 3 will that be a problem?

Because they are 2 supervisors is there any risk on my ?

If there's a risk what kind of risk is it?

You can only have a maximum of 2 passengers in the vehicle, including the supervisor.

You cannot have two supervisors and a sister in the vehicle. You cannot load the vehicle up with supervisors.

You risk losing your license.

You would need to be pulled over, stopped, or otherwise noticed by police. That doesn't mean you can just do it until you get caught.

So I didn't get caught or pulled over and no one told me I did wrong !
So is there any chance that I will get notice by mail? Or this kind of thing is managed by police on road directly?

If you have not been pulled over, you are safe. You will not receive an infraction notice by mail - they don't use cameras to do this.

Don't do it again.
