Clarity over working hours once the study is complete

If a study program ends on 16th August, and the date for receiving of confirmation letter is 15 September. I have 2 questions?

- How many hours can a student work from 17th August to 2nd September if they are starting a new program on 3rd September?

- How many hours can a person work from 17th August to 14th September if they will apply for PGWP once the course completion letter has arrived on September 15th?
