I got offer letter from royal rown college for business Administration programme,I want to weather I will get visa or not,if get visa I will change into public college

Without knowing a rather large amount more about you aside from the fact that you received an offer from a college I'm not quite sure of, since you seem to have typed its name wrong, I cannot comment at all on your chances of a visa.
I would encourage you not to take an offer of admission from a private college, get a visa, and then switch to a public college. Some private colleges are scammers - especially if you had to pay for the offer letter.

Judging by reviews, this is a very poor private college and likely offers admission to everyone willing to pay. If you go, you may not receive a refund if you pay a thing.
