Clarifications for Express Entry - ECA process

Guys please help me.
I am new to this Express entry profile. I read through the official CIC website and many posts here in the forum. Got the required information but I am not able to consolidate them all

Few Queries.

I understand that I need my IELTS and ECA ready before creating an EE entry profile. I have my IELTS ready.

ECA
1. I have a bachelors degree from India and a Masters degree from UK. I believe I need to send 3 sets to WES right? One from my side, One from Indian university (bachelors) and another from UK university (Masters). I am worried that these will reach at different times, to WES, because of the different countries. What do I do in this case?

2. Do I have to create an online profile in WES before the packages reach there? Or afterwards?

3. Do I need to send anything apart from the 3 packages to WES?

Hi Kirubakar,
I'm a pharmacist from Egypt who got my bachelor from Egypt and MSc from UK.. as i'm doing my ECA report now with PEBC(not Wes) . they r able to keep my documents for a year long without receiving my application and once they got my application they match all the paper they have with the information provided in my application before sending me a confirmation .. i'm advising you to check their web site and their FAQs if they do the same at WES otherwise u email them to inquire about that... thanks

Send a cover letterexplaining your requirements.

Yes you have to create an online profile and pay the fees first.

Check the document requirements from their website to be 100% sure.
