Clarification Travel abroad post AOR

Hi,
I have applied PR through FSW (o). AOR by 6th May 2023. Currently I’m residing in India. Recently quit my job & planning to settle with my husband in UAE until my PPR.
1. When should I have to inform IRCC about my change in residence?
2. Will they hold my application process due to my travel?
